I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has specialized in working with children and teens who have experiences Toxic Stress, Foster Care, Adoption, or struggle with explosive behaviors and BIG feelings. Outside of work I enjoy learning about plants, exploring various crafts and creative outlets, and getting all the animal cuddles I can.

I am EMDR and Theraplay trained. I utilize Sand Tray, art, movement, Relational Neurobiology, sensory regulation, and skill building. I share tips and methods that can be employed by caregivers in the home to extend the healing outside the office. Explore more in depth information about various interventions through this link.
